Our company is currently seeking compassionate professionals with a passion for helping others. Our Direct Support Professionals work directly with children and adults with disabilities helping them overcome challenges, improve skills and develop everyday life skills. Whether it's helping a family member tidy up their home, playing board games with a group of friends or going to the doctor's office, our Direct Support Professionals are excited about creating new experiences for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Know how to use technology.
• Be able to put together teaching aids.
• Be able to work with others, in teams and groups.
• Be able to supervise others.
• Be able to mediate conflict, if necessary.
• Preferrable Spanish Speaker

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Chantilly, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
